I made the CD over a period of a year.

It is in MP3 format for quicker download.
If you want it in another format to play on your CD player
then just convert it to a wav.file or something similar.

It's a long playing CD. It runs for 42 minutes.
If you are on dial up , give it plenty of time to download.
It is 5.7 Mb.

I find it good because it's long enough to give you time to completely relax.
It has a bit of hiss in the recording but would not be noticed if listening
to the mp3 through speakers. With a head-set the hiss may be more pronounced.
